FAQ
How long does a program usually run for?

Our programs run between 3-6 months, depending on the program itself and the implementation speed of your team.

How much time should I allocate for the program?

As a rule of thumb, each member should reserve an afternoon per week for these topics. However, as we are working on core business topics that directly impact your growth, this work often becomes the main task your team is working on.

What happens in the first call?

Within 30 minutes we get to know each other, you share what your goal is and together we identify your challenges ahead. We explain to you how we would approach it and if we agree that there is mutual interest we schedule a follow up call to show you exactly how we can help you.

Who of my team should be in the call?

The first call usually is a 1:1 call between us and a member of the C-Level. In the second call, it will be necessary to have all stakeholders on board that are key for the collaboration. That usually contains the founder/co-founders and other C-Level members and department leads.
